The powers and duties of its officers and employees
The Institutional power is in the custody of Honorable Principal and Dean who is making the policy on the basis of Guidelines issued by Medical Education Section-1, Secretariat Office Lucknow and Directorate of General Medical Education, Lucknow.
To serve and administer the institution in all corners, the principal create hierarchy with Vice-principal, Medical Superintendent and Finance Controller.

Principal and Dean:

The principal is to provide leadership, direction and coordination within the Institution. The duties of the principal are all encompassing as all aspect of institution directly or indirectly which includes:
  1. Academic activity
  2. Hospital management & Health care
  3. Professional development
  4. Staff supervision with evaluation
  5. Student control and supervision
  6. Budgeting and Buying etc.
   

Vice-principal:

The Vice-principal shall, in the absence of principal, assume the duties and responsibilities of principal but other duties worked out with mutual agreement with the principal.

Medical Superintendent:

Medical Superintendent works with mutual agreement with principal and ensures Hospital administration, Central stores in hospital, administration of nursing and paramedical staff, Control over pharmacy etc.

Finance Controller:
Finance controller is keen observer to analyze Budgeting processes, managing financial transaction, monitoring internal controls and coordinating audit process.
