1. PM-JAY is the world’s largest health insurance/ assurance scheme fully financed by the government. 2. The inclusion of households is based on the deprivation and occupational criteria of the Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 (SECC 2011) for rural and urban areas, respectively. 3. On the basis of above data, Golden card is issued to beneficiaries and followed by patient admission and investigation which is financed under scheme. |
Janani Suraksha Yojna |
1. JananiSurakshaYojana (JSY) is a safe motherhood intervention under the National Health Mission. It is being implemented with the objective of reducing maternal and neonatal mortality by promoting institutional delivery among poor pregnant women. 2. JSY is a centrally sponsored scheme, which integrates cash assistance with delivery and post-delivery care. The Yojana has identified Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) as an effective link between the government and pregnant women. 3. Rs. 1400 is given to all pregnant women who comes in Hospital. |
Rani Laxmi Bai Yojna: |
It ensure monetary and medical relief including reconstructive surgeries to women who are victims of violence and also for educational assistance, minor children of such victims are also given educational and medical assistance when required. |
